Meet the Directors

 

EX300679 Emma ZeskeEmma Zeske, Director

 

Ms. Zeske is entering her third year as the Head Director of the Jasper Jazz Drill Team and the Dance 1 & 2 teacher at Jasper High School.

 

She began her dance training as a member of a competitive studio team before continuing her passion for dance through high school drill team, where she served as both 1st Lieutenant and Captain.

 

Ms. Zeske graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance, with minors in Secondary Education and Human Development & Family Sciences. During her time at Texas Tech, her choreography was selected by faculty to represent the university at the American College Dance Association Conference. She also served as Secretary of the Chi Tau Epsilon dance chapter, and as the student BA representative for the Texas Tech University College of Visual and Performing Arts.

 

While in Lubbock, Ms. Zeske spent three years teaching at The Dance Gallery. She also spent two years teaching through Dance Connect, a community outreach program of Ballet Lubbock. She currently teaches lyrical and hip hop at Edge Dance & Performing Arts in Plano.

 

Ms. Zeske is passionate about creating a positive, hardworking team environment and helping her dancers grow both as performers and as young women. She is excited to continue building on the tradition and legacy of Jasper Jazz and looks forward to another successful year with the team.

 

 

Natalie Ronscavage, Assistant Director

Ms. Ronscavage is entering her third year at Jasper High School and her second year as the Assistant Director of the Jasper Jazz Drill Team. In addition to working with Jazz, she teaches AVID and Professional Communications at Jasper.

 

Ms. Ronscavage began her dance journey on her high school drill team as a social officer. In college, she was a Trinity Valley Cardette, and then later danced on the University of North Texas Dance Team. She performed professionally as an Allen Ice Angel, and at the NFL level as a member of the Cincinnati Bengals Cheerleaders.

 

Ms. Ronscavage brings her professional performance experience and passion for dance to Jasper Jazz. She is passionate about encouraging dancers, building their confidence, and creating an environment where every dancer feels supported and valued.

 

She is excited to continue working alongside the Jasper Jazz dancers and looks forward to another year of growth, performance, and lasting memories.
